Click one of the “smiley face” buttons to indicate your feeling, and then insert your comment in the box below. Your letter (e.g., based on the Template Letter) may then be uploaded on the website. Click Next.
Type in your email address, and click Next.
Complete the rest of the form and at the end, don’t forget to Check your email to confirm your submission.
